HELP PLZ...chicken about to POP :’-(

Is it chicken lice, or like leg mites? You can rub coconut oil liberally on her legs to suffocate leg mites.
—Omgosh there were several things we found...the large amount were clear, to pale yellow flea-looking things that I understand to be lice(?)...BUT wuts very weird is wut might be leg mites...you tell me...there were chunks of almost a spongy material stick to her feathers at their base...near her face as well as all over at the base of her legs and butt areas...

Is that her keel bone sticking out? If so she is very, very thin, all her weight is in her abdomen, she is has probably not been eating well for some time.
I doubt there is anything that can be done for her at this point, even found early it often does not respond to treatment. After reading the following, if you think this is what is going on, it may be kindest to euthanize if she's very uncomfortable. I'm so sorry.
Read this, internal laying is very similar, just a different root cause. Lash eggs are not always passed, often the disease is found at necropsy.

—very helpful even tho no good news for her :( but I believe ur referring to her breast-area bone when I say keel bone? Is that correct? Sorry I’m so new to this, I’ve mostly got experience w/exotics & am fairly new to the ranch...but this poor chicken is sure in trouble. So I’m trying to learn all I can to help her & hopefully keep others from getting to this. But yes, that’s why I was at a loss about giving her anything to eat bcuz if she’s already stopped up I’d make things even worse...I’ll go sit & read the link u sent me tho right now & see if it sounds about right

It's really difficult to identify the issue without pictures. How old is she? How often does she lay? When was her last egg?

If you're probing inside her vent gently with a finger and you're reaching a huge, bulbous, fleshy mass, this would indicate she may not be egg bound. There may be a growth inside her, or you could just be feeling her cloaca.

Can you please post some pics?

For your mite and lice issue:
Don't bother with DE on the coop. It doesn't really do much.

Remove all shavings, mulch, and other loose matter from your coop and run. Burn if you can, but definitely dispose of properly. Hose everything down thoroughly and let it dry.

Liberally spray the entire coop with a liquid Permethrin mix. Get all nooks and crannies. Once dry, liberally apply powdered permethrin and hydrated lime.

Take each of your chickens and dip them in a permethrin bath, ensuring they are wet down to the skin.

If you have access to it, give your hens an oral ivermectin drench to poison any active mites through their blood. This will also have the added benefits of deworming them

Omgosh I’m having difficulties uploading another pic I’m not good w/even simple tech stuff but I’m going to keep trying...(or have my daughter help when she gets here) but thank you soooo much for all the advice-and especially some new solutions to deal w/the mites/lice issue...it has worsened recently by the increase of rats & ground squirrels & has gotten to be an enormous & overwhelming problem (not to mention makes ur skin crawl)! But thank you to everybody who has responded, is responding I’m checking into everything...it all helps
