I have about 35 sexlinks and only get about 12 to 15 eggs a day if you know what i can do to get them to lay better let me know thax

Are they eating them? or hidding them?

It's cold out! Many breeds will stop or slow laying this time of year. mypetchicken says they will lay in cold weather but doesn't say if they slow down or not. Are they molting? Some of mine went through a mini-molt and production is now going up (I have a mixed flock).

Do you have a light in the coop.
Is water always available?

i have lights they all ways have food a water not eating any of them but i guess its just to cold out just see if any one new of any thing to do thax
