Help! Possible injury on D’Uccle comb.

I noticed today my Bootsy Girl has a mark on her comb! I attached pictures for advice to see if anyone can tell from photos what it may be! The last picture with us together was just Tuesday morning and she didn’t have it then!

Oh ok! I noticed shes the only one with one and my Golden Sebright Rooty he also has a couple. So I wasn’t sure if it was something else. Will hens peck Rooster if they’re getting on their nerves? 😂

Yes. My head hen once bloodied my rooster pretty badly.
