Help, possible intestinal shedding?

Warning, graphic poop pics. 4-5 slw. For as long as I had her from when I brought her home, she has always made really dark brown almost black poops. The poops were solid, and appeared grainy when stepped on. Her Cecal poops were dark brown, then it changed tar black consistently. By week 2 1/2, I would take her out and have her under a cage enclosure on wide grass (same spot each time). Then last week she made a white poop with a red dot. I did notice after that, her cecal poop had turned a regular brown color, and her poops became a little lighter in color. Though today she has made another with a red mass. She seems pretty peppy as always though. Any ideas?

Thank you. I also forgot to mention that I gave her some garlic water with a drop of raw Mother's Apple Cider Vinegar.
