Thankyou one and all for your help, it does indeed look like they may be Mosaic birds. And yes i will try for a whole body shot as soon as I can.

@Chicken_Momma just so you're aware....that hen is not a full Mosaic. The extra toe on the foot proves it's a silky mix of sorts. Very possible its a Silky/Mosaic mix.

Could be mystic onyx. TSC doesn’t sell mosaics as far as I know.

Agreed. I've seen some lighter-colored Onyx lately
