Well, it's lived a day. How's it looking? If it's healing up, and he's eating/drinking, I'd see how he progresses. A vitamin boost might help a little, like Poultry Cell or the like in their water.

It’s still alive, and I fed him some egg yolk. There’s a hard cast of dried blood around the brain thing so he doesn’t feel much when I touch it either

He might have just had a hard time hatching and hurt his head in the process. It sounds like it's doing fine though given it's only been one day. Try wetting their crumbles as they love that. Hopefully, he dives in.

When he hatched, he just had this big red blob on his head. However, he does have splayed legs. Any idea on fixing that?

He was 3rd to hatch and hatched out by himself just fine
