Help quail chicks spinning on back ?

My chicks just started tilting their heads back and spinning in circles on their sides and back just really off balance, and some are shaking like a seizure. Any ideas for help ?

they have a heating plate but have room to move away they did run out of water. and i gave them more water could that be the problem

Was the water cold? I don't know too much about quail.

it was warm

Can you post pictures of your setup?
What is the temperature in the warm end and the cool end of your brooder?
What are you feeding them?
Have you checked your feed to make sure that it hasn't gotten damp at all?
How old are they?
