Help quail poop is green and runny

Hi, I recently bought some quail from a live poultry market who was selling them for meat, I noticed some green runny poop, but they seem relatively active, chirping, flying, eating drinking. Any ideas if they are sick, or just stressed out from the recent changes. The poultry market got them Wednesday morning and I bought them wednesday afternoon. Please help I don't want to loose any and I'm worried about them.
