Help!! Quail with tumour?

Yes i know but thats not my fault, She lives a good life. Also she is very old now so im not surprised. Could it be possible that it’s passed on from her parents? I have another quail that i bought from someone (which is her sister i bought them together) and im thinking she might be getting the same thing too? I have 11 and these are the only two that i think have the same thing.

I completely understand that it's not your fault. Things like this happen, especially with an older creature. It is possible that there is a genetic predisposition for tumours. There are a lot of conditions like that.

If you have an avian vet in your area, it wouldn't hurt to call and see what they say.
