Is it runny/watery white poo? If so, then he is dehydrated. Is he separated from the others?

I would separate him and make him drink water or give it to him through a dropper. I would also add polyvisol to the water as he is probably needing extra vitamins to keep up with his massive body!

The poo might be from the yolk he/she is still absorbing, which might be part of the tummy excess, too.

Keep the hobbles on for a few days, and see what happens.
