Help Question - Something wrong with my first chick

Hi all, this is my first time at hatching chicks. The first one that has hatched is breathing and chirping however is spending most of the time laying down. Then I noticed that he has something large and red hanging from his bottom area. None of the other chicks have the same issue. Can anyone advise what is wrong?

I forgot to add it has been bleeding a little.
