I'd really also recommend a quick trip to the vet as they might be able to determine if it was broken or dislocated and fix it. Then you can use the orthopedic information to help correct her stance.
By the way, if for any reason you give antibiotics (I don't see any reason to in this case whatsoever) then always give PRObiotics daily during and 2 weeks (every other day) after treatment. In fact, at this age, I always give the chicks probiotics anyway as they're just establishing their gut bacteria and I want the GOOD bacteria to win, not the bad.
The bacteria within the bird's digestive tract are literally the workers that nourish the bird and help make them more resistant to digestive illnesses.
