Help, quick question..babies hatching, and I need a quick answer

I think I have an oozing egg, only 6 have hatched so far, yay. and I have 40 in the bator, can I quickly grab that oozing egg out,
the humidity is at 76%?

What kind of incubator? I would just leave it and not risk shrink wraping. OR if you really want to take it out and are concerned, you can go into the bathroom get it all steamy and bring the incubator in there get it out real quick and bring it back and for the rest to hatch.
