Help! Received chick in mail with eyes swolen and popped out.

Had a shipment of Longtail babies come in and 1 has swolen popped out eyes. Acts fairly healthy and not sure if completely blind or not. Have been using saline solution and antibiotic ointment 2 times a day for 3 days now. No change better or worse.

Such a cute chick.

I'm not sure exactly what has caused the eyes to pop out like that.

Make sure she is getting enough water - you can use some Sav-A-Chick or Nutri-Drench in the water if you have them.
Feed her some wet chick starter as well.

Let us know how she is doing.
