Hello, yesterday I checked Bok Boks feathers and everything looked normal except below her vent. I attached photos of what I saw because I have no idea what it is… she is acting fine but hasn’t been laying eggs lately? Any ideas on what it is and what to do? (She is
2 1/5 years old)

Those bumps are where the feathers sprout from. It is red from irritation as those feathers have been plucked out, probably by other chickens. Keep an eye on it, and a look out for the culprit and hopefully they will grow back in her next moult.

Looks like she's got a slightly dirty bum. I would venture to guess that's what is causing the irritation and feathers will fall out when there is a little runny poo. Some chickens just have a dirty bum. I have one that doesn't preen as well, but you do want to keep an eye on it to make sure it's not vent gleet.
As mentioned the feathers will grow back once they molt.
