help! red koolaid on whitish oriental rug!

I swear by Oxiclean on all types of stains. I've got two little kids and have tested its power more times than I care to think about!

You can buy tanned cowhides that still have hair on one side. Down here you can get them locally. Google cow hide rug or something. You can get them on ebay, too. I don't get my personal cows done to rugs, no. So I don't know about that. Some of the best ones are imported from Argentina. Really huge.

Windex. I sware my life by the stuff! I was putting red highlites in my hair and while carrying the bottle to the trash the lid fell off and the bottom of the bottle splattered all over the wall, the carpet and the couch. Windex was the only thing that got the stains out.

Homemade dry laundry detergent (recipe here on BYC). Except for old fake blood stains, I haven't found anything else that it won't get rid of, including red koolaid. Works really well on the black grease stains DH left all over my beige carpet.

Note: If you find a cowhide with hair on BOTH sides, it might be a fake..
