HELP! Rescued chicks with open wounds from TSC, how do I treat?? *UPDATE PIC*

This little girl has it the worst, it looks a lot better now that it's cleaned up! The others have them on their butt and wings. Any idea on age/breed? She's out of the pullets bin, that's all I know.
