Help! Respiratory problem?

This video is of the 2nd chicken. She just started symptoms today. Original chicken had symptoms on Saturday. She is now seeming to be healthy.

Vet checked beak, throat, mouth, took x/rays. Every thing looked normal.

Nothing ever like this ever in my flock. Used Tylosin with a couple of roos in the past that just got Lethargic and seemed very ill. But that was over a year ago and both roos rebounded and are fine. Tylosin along with oregano and other herbs is kind of the go to when a chicken seems sick.

So the Original one has no symptoms at all now?
Where are you located in the world?
The vet gave you Panacur to treat for possible Gapeworm in the Original (what dose and for how long) - I wonder if this other one might benefit? "Usually" with Gapeworm, there is gasping and extending the neck (trying to get air) - not putting the head down.

Yep, original girl is seeming to be healthy. She has her last treatment tomorrow, then I will more than likely release her back to flock.
4 doses of Gapeworm medication, 3 of the other medication every 24 hours. They are not gasping for air. Poop is even normal! They sound like an accordion is the only way I can explain it.

I am in Kansas. I’ve not been around any other chickens other than my own nor had anyone visit that has chickens.

That sounding like an accordion with a bit of sneezing still makes me think respiratory illness.
Any changes done before the Original developed symptoms - new straw/hay, closing up the coop windows/ventilation for winter, etc.? Any mold?

You brought the Original inside (away from the flock/housing?) so I would still consider environment as well - sometimes when one is removed and "treated" it's not always clear cut that medication was the "cure". See how the Original does back with the flock.

Nope....literally nothing new in their environment. No mold...The first Ill girl did start a very late molt so could have been chilled a bit more. We did have a record low temp the 2nd week of October that was highly abnormal. Then we got warm days.
But the 2nd girl is fully feathered.
