HELP: Rhoad Islands Reds plucking anothers feathers in one spot on top of back, there bleeding a li

Hello first time posting but have a problem, well one of my 2 month old RIR are plucking the others feathers off her back and eating them...they are all the same age...there is 10 total...only one with missing feathers and she is bleeding a little now..we just saw this...we have separated her now that i have seen this...it seems to be only one of them doing all ther plucking, not 100% sure its just one though... do i need to move the one i think is doing the plucking or the one getting the abuse....please help me, i have tried to find out info..its not easy....thank you.

It is good that you separated the pullet that was being pecked.

I suggest you observe your flock closely and see if it is just one pullet doing the pecking.
 
Thank you any idea why the one plucking is eating the feathers they all rush over and try and eat the feathers seems very strange!
