Idk man male ducks really really like to mate. It would probably depend on how many drakes you have total and if they were raised together and are bonded.

All of them except one grew up together but from different parents and I have 6-8 males I can’t remember right now

I’ve had ducks in the past, Drake’s start breeding about 4-5 months old. And ducks lay around 6 so I would wait til March to start trying to breed/hatch little ducklings

Eek thats a lot of males I dont have experience with that but it seems like it might not be a good idea? Especially if they are all sex deprived im curious to see what other people will say to this.

My Buff Orpington Duck hasn't ever went broody. She's 16 months old. I'm certainly not saying that all Buff ducks are the same, but I'd definitely plan on using an incubator. I wish you the best

I have a question. I have to many drakes so I’m separating the males and females. Can the drakes live together? Like a drake flock and then I use them when I want to breed

Yes! I have had to separate a lot of male before!
