Help! Roo or hen?

Hey guys! I am still very new to the chicken life and I need your help. I got the above Barred Rock hen (?) back in July. It is approx 3-4 months old. I am starting to think I got a roo instead.

This chicken is most definitely the Alpha of my group and is the biggest (we have 6 that are all different breeds.). We live in the city limits and can not have roosters. Sadly, we have already had to get rid of our silkie since she was a he. Thank you for your help!

Not a Barred Rock. Also, not a hen. That is a Barred Rock/Brahma mix breed cockerel.

Definitely not a hen, its a cockerel. Agree with junebuggena, Barred Rock/Brahma mix or maybe Easter Egger/Marans mix. Cross breeds are nearly impossible to determine parentage for 100% certainty.

Marans would have produced white skin.
