At 4 months the person you got him from should have know it was a “he” and not a “she” Shame on them.

Definitely agree with that, at 2 months they are definitely distinguishable from the hens.

I am new at this...we have 7 hens...not that familiar with looks of roos at young age...all this time thought our Miss Bleu Cheese was a lady....even tho was a bit stranger acting...stayed to herself more..independant...just started to realize the tail was definitely changing and the combwas getting more roo like...I trusted I was sold a hen....he was pricey too...told on the rare side
