Help--Roo or Hen?

I posted this picture a few weeks ago, and the unanimous consesnus was that my little EE is a pullet:

I still have my suspicions that 'Meredith' may be a rooster, so I've taken some new pictures. The reason I'm thinking maybe rooster is the tail feathers are sticking straight up and look different than all my other pullets. Do you still say pullet, or are my roo fears legit?

A ha! My suspicions are confirmed. O well...I said I wanted an EE rooster. Guess my wish was granted haha!
