HELP Rooster’s wattle got a deep cut HELP

My still teen rooster feel and got this deep cut on his wattle, is this a dangerous injury or will it heal fine? Should I disinfect and if yes with what? Thanks for the help.

Chickens are very resilient, and if it were my bird I would leave it alone but keep an eye on it. It doesn't look like it's bleeding?

Thanks for the info. It is bleeding but just a little bit. my biggest fear is that it could get infected and then i have a bigget problem. By now some parts of it started to get black because of course they are stopping blood circulation but I can still see live flesh on his wattle.
 
I think he'll be okay. Watch him and give us an updated picture tomorrow or the next day, maybe?
