HELP! Rooster can’t walk!

There doesn’t seem to be anything physically wrong with him. He’s 5 months old. He just flops over on his back when he tries to get up. He is VERY interested in food and water. What’s wrong with him?

What do his eyes and skin look like? My first concern is ruling out neurodegenerative Marek's since his main symptom is paralysis.

He’s a photo from last night, so he was sleepy. His skin and eyes look normal to me. I noticed he was a little wobbly but I didn’t think to much about it and then last night when I went to lock them up he couldn’t move.
