Help! Rooster can't eat or drink and his neck is completely extended after fighting with neighbors roo

My little buddy creepy got into a fight with my neighbors rooster and now he's messed up, he's trying to drink water but his neck is extended and his head keeps going back downwards as well as he keeps puking up water and spit

Do you have a picture? The spitting might be due to him being in shock or more... His neck may be hurt in some way

I gave him some whole wheat bread soaked in water yesterday to get his hydration levels up and he's doing a little bit better today, he's trying to eat little bits and his crop has some food in it but he still struggling to drink water because it seems like he's having a hard time moving his neck.. he can still lift up his head in that extended form but he can't pull it back in.. can chickens pull neck mussels?? Somebody told me to give him a little bit of baby aspirin in case of it being swelling
