Help!! Rooster or hen

I need help, i have a lavender chicken and i can't tell if it's a hen or not. It was not sexed when we got it. Please help, I'm new to back yard chickens and this is my first flock.

I'm sorry to say, but it looks like a roo. Is he/she crowing? And how old?

Just a few months old. Here is a better picture of the head.

I was starting to think that it is looking a little bit like a roo, but it has such an amazing personality and is very protective and loving of the two younger chickens we have

Not crowing yet but Is only a few months old. We got them match 24th

Three months old is a little different story. From the early pics I thought it was likely much younger. My girls are just over three months and don't have that development yet. Each bird is a little different though. For a roo I'd expect that development much earlier on. So now I'm kind of stumped, and I'll leave it to someone else more seasoned to verify (sorry

). It very well could be a hen.

How does it act amongst the rest of the flock?

It acts very sweet and likes to lay on top or next to my 2 younder ones. I have 2 that area always off on their own then 2 together ones that this one is always with.
