Many vets (including my step daughter) will admit they don't get a lot of chicken knowledge in school, and unless they are interested in chickens or you have an avian vet, I would try to reasearch it myself. This looks like the facial swelling of respiratory diseases like mycoplasma, coryza, and others. Has he or any other of your chickens had bubbles in eyes, eye or nasal drainage, or sneezing? The Tylan would be what I would treat with for 3 days, but since he has had this so long I would wonder if it was a cyst.

No other chickens have been affected...its just him..but i dont know what to give him? Or how to deal with a cyst..

Just keep treating with the Tylan and see if it goes down. Not much you could do with a cyst or tumor except having it excised, but anesthesia is pretty risky with chickens. It is next to his sinus, and that is where respiratory diseases show up. If it is still there after the Tylan and he is feeling fine, I would just watch it, especially if it is not affecting his quality of life.
