What kinds of bantam hens do guys suggest for him?

What are your thoughts on silver penciled rock bantams?

Booted bantams are very sociable and very easy to tame, what are you looking for i.e. personality, egg laying?

Personality. I want good chickens that will not be mean and will be good for us and our roo. I was wondering what silver penciled rock bantams are like. What are light brahmas (banty or standard) like? What are the best breeds?

As of right now we have buff orpingtons, black sex links, old English game bantams, mill/fleur calico cochin bantams (only as roos), a silver laced wyandotte, a rode island red, and barred rocks.

Kin hood is very, very, over rated especially as it applies to roosters. Even roosters who are full brothers. There is hope however. If one or the other rooster is able to pound his brother into abject submission and leave him permanently disabled then peace MAY break out in your coop. This is not the outcome you want but it is the outcome for which you should be prepared. Sorry

If your looking for a friendly breed I suggest perhaps a booted bantam or a cochin.
