HELP! Saddled Air Cell and Pip On Wrong End!

Currently have a pipped shipped egg, pipped very recently (today is day 20). It has a saddled air cell and the chick pipped on the wrong end. Will I eventually need to intervene?? If so, when???

Intervene now if not it will die it may bleed a little but just take the top of and leave them in the egg they can suffocate if you don't hope this helped

It has made good progress in the last hour (picture below). I heard we shouldn't intervene until 12 hours later and/or no progress? How does it look (sorry for bad pic)?

Ok did not realize it had progressed if it has pecked all the way around the egg then you can just take off the top and it will not harm them at all I did this for my eggs
