Help, Sebright has eye issues

I randomly inspect my hens, I know i should inspect them more, but I found my Sebright's eye like this. I'm new to chicken ownership and don't have a clue about what to do.

It's looks like she's been pecked, her ear is bleeding too.
Is it both eyes?

How is the other eye? Can you apply a warm wet wash cloth to the eye, and soften it, then try to open it? Tell us if it is okay. The ear is wounded as well. Does it look like it was pecked. I would apply some plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment to the eye and the ear. If you have mosquitoes out now, you might check others in case this is fowl pox scabs.

I dont know what that is. We got her a month ago along with 2 others and they are fi r.

The only reason I asked was that I noticed the bump between her eye and her beak. Do the other members of the flock have similar bumps like this or a little smaller ones?

In case she is being pecked or bullied, I would separate her with food and water. When you know what is going on, you can then treat or decide what else to do.
