Help! Seed watering

How much should I be watering my seeds?

And should i use warm water or does that really matter?

Inside or out?

Inside I moisten my soil, plant seeds on the surface and water in with warm water. I than cover with plastic wrap until they germinate. Than remove plastic and water as necessary.

Outside I water daily.

So curious what are you using your seeds for are you sprouting fodder 4 chicken or you trying to grow a plant?
A little more information would be helpful.

Veggies, tomatoes, squash, cucumbers.

Than follow my instructions above. Plastic over the pots, and placing them in a sunny spot will keep them moist until they germinate. Remove plastic as soon as you see sprouts.
