Help settle a bet, what breed and gender please help

Hatchery RIRs (all three)

First two are roos.

3rd is a pullet.

Not sex-links, no way no how. Red sex-link roos are mostly white. I think 1 and 2 are roos, 3 is a pullet. And I'm betting they're hatchery RIR's. Too dark to be NHR's, aren't they?

Ok the lady that gave them to me got them from a local feed and seed store. I think the third one is a RIR because she is a different color red than the other 3. Pic #2 I said was a roo from the first day I got them, the first pic I was hoping pullet but its looking more roo lately and I didn't get a pic of the fourth one I will work on that tomorrow and also get side shots. All I know is they are huge and the bet if I am right and brother is wrong he owes me a dinner of chicken and spaghetti if hes right and I wrong I owe him a dinner of Chicken and dumplins.

This pic is of the mixture flock, mostly bantams but all given to me.

This is my smallest bantam hen she almost has no legs, not sure of the breed but shes my grandson and I favorite itty bitty

they're Rhode island reds.. (RIRs) every picture of the new hampshire reds i've seen they were a orange color their just hatchery RIRs... Which a lot of them have had Production reds/red sexlinks crossed into them.. Which gives them the lighter color. have also heard that some RIRs have New hampshire red in them... but im not sure on that
