Help! Severely Injured Hen

When I went out today to feed my girls, I saw this hen walking around eating and pecking like normal, but I noticed her wing feathers look like they had been picked over and when she turned around, I noticed there’s a hole in her side where it looks like her skin was ripped off a good 4 inches across. I took her in and tried to clean it as much as possible but is there anything more I can do for her?! I’ve never seen anything like this and I’m not sure if there’s any salve or anything that would help. I have some blood stop powder that we use on the goats. It’s not really bleeding much. It’s just raw flesh. I have a separate cage that I can put her in, but I’m just trying to find out if there’s anything more I can do to help her. I have no idea what happened to her and she was fine yesterday.

Here’s a picture after I cleaned it out and separated her. I sprayed the wounds with an iodine solution and aloe Vera. Should I slather her with neosporin and wrap gauze around her body?

Neosporin is a good idea but I don't know about wrapping it.. Let me tag an Educator for you.

Does this look like damage from a rooster's spurs?
@countrymom8 you might check your other hens after they have gone to roost, lift up their wings and see if any others have similar injuries, you rooster may need to have his spurs trimmed.

I didn’t see any others like this but the roosters spurs are really short.
