Help sexing brahma chicks

At last the three week wait is over and my little babies have hatched.I have two brahma chicks.One looks grey and whitish almost like a baby penguin.The other is more golden brown with two stripes running down its back.Anyone know which is the male and which the female.

Is this a sexlink cross? If not, you can't sex them based on their down color.
