Help sexing four Silkies! :)

Hello All!

I am new to the backyard chicken world, and would love some help sexing my silkie chicks. They are just shy of being 10 weeks old. They all have girl names, because well...wishful thinking?

Silkie #1: Rose

Silkie #2: Petunia

Silkie # 3: Clover

Silkie #4: Poppy

#1looks like a hen #2im not very sure but it looks like a hen #3 I think is a rooster and #4 looks like a hen but that is iffy too

I think # 3 might be a cockerel but the rest look like pullets to me. However, it can always change, silkies can be one of those that you have to wait for egg or crow.

Welcome to Backyard Chickens have 4 of them of my own Lord had a good giggle when he gave us Silky .. think the first black may be cockerel otherwise wait till it crows or lays an egg

I think #1 *could* be a roo, and I'm almost 100% positive #3 is.

#1 has pretty laid back head feathers which makes me think roo. #3 looks like it has a large comb which tells me roo. The other two look like hens to me.

# 3 looks like a cockerel, the others I would like to see facing forward, with crest held or pulled back, to display full extent of combs.
