Labored nighttime breathing

The quality isn't great but you can see she's straining to breathe. I just noticed this early this morning (1:15 AM). It's intermittent, she's breathing fine right now (3:45 AM).

I was with the flock all afternoon and didn't notice any signs of illness in any of the hens, including her. Everyone seemed healthy and happy.

Is this gapeworm? Something else?

Edit: at 7AM she is awake and grooming herself and moving around but she hasn't left the roost she's still gaping like in the video.

Another hen is still on the roost and she's breathing strangely, too, almost like she has endless hiccups. I don't know what's wrong. 🥺
