I know this thread has been quiet for a while, but went searching for threads on tattoos and found this one so I thought rather than start a new one I would just post here, hope you don't mind.
I got this tattoo a little over 2 years ago, and still absolutely love it. It is our family in bouquet form.. birthflowers for my husband and myself, our kids and our granddaughter with room to add any additional grandchildren that may come along.
I got it at a time when I was going through some pretty dark stuff. To be perfectly honest the pain release of "needle therapy" was part of deciding to go ahead and do it when I did... and I purposely chose the subject matter because it would serve as a reminder that there is beauty in life and of the people whom I love so very much that I can look down and see anytime I need to. It's placed on the inside of my left forearm.

This is beautiful! Even just the colors would make me happy every time I looked at it.
