Newbie here!
I have a few of birds to sex since I have to thin my flock to avoid overcrowding, so you might see another post here from me soon! Right now the most pressing is watching out for 2 that might be a problem from behavior and size. Especially since we already have a full red crested roo that is just the chillest little confident dude. They are approx 7 week old chicks.
I'll start with two I'm calling Mean #1 & Mean #2, these two look and act almost identically except one has a dark comb. I'm uploading these as thumbnails, click to enlarge them. They are bigger than everyone else and pick on smaller chicks and posture like I assume roosters do (the "what are you going to do about it?" stance lol). Thoughts?

There's also this scrappy little guy that is getting beat up. No idea what he is either, he has spunk, but is lagging behind in size and it concerns me a bit. But maybe it's parents were small? This bird and maybe 2 others of the same size are also the only ones with little feather bald spots out of 20 chicks (not sure if that's helpful).

Thank you!
I might need to take more pictures since I already deleted a few that look more blurry on my computer than on my phone. Let me know.

#3 seems to be a slower-maturing breed that has the slow-feather gene.
He has bald patches because he's outgrowing his down faster than the new feathers are coming in -- my Black Langshan rooster was just as naked at that age.

That is good to know! I sort of assumed the breed it's mixed with was just small. Thank you :)
