Help sexing my silkie chickens

Hi all, got 3 silkies few weeks ago and still unable to sex them. Would love your help here!

1. Light grey 8-9 weeks old (I think roo :/)

2. Dark grey 8-9 weeks old

3. 6-7 weeks old parteidge
