HELP! She looks sick!

same right now. Just sitting on a towel next to me on the couch...
 
She looks better. Ive been giving her some vitamin stuff in her water and shes moved into our master bathroom for now. She does still have runny poop which someone told me could be worms. I ordered up some Vermex? wormer for the whole flock.
