Help! Show quality chickens needed!

Coming from someone who shows and breeds poultry here are my suggestions.
1. Go to a show, the best place to find and talk to breeders is at a show. There are always birds for sale also.
2. Most good breeders will not sell hatching eggs, most do not even sell chicks. You will most likely have to buy juvenile birds(usually around 4+ months old)
3. Do your research on the breed and variety before you buy. For beginners in showing and breeding solid colors are best, and I do not reccomend getting white birds.
I see that you are wanting SL or Isabel. Isabels are light colored birds and have an intricate pattern, they will be hard to keep clean. And SLs are an intricate pattern.
If you are planning on showing you will have a hard time, non recognized varieties, intricate colorings and on top of that a light colored variety to keep clean. Personally if I were you I would start off with a Buff. The may not be as eye appealing but I feel you will find more luck, there are many great breeders, and if you plan to show I think you will enjoy the showing end of it more than you would with the 2 varieties you have said you are looking for. Lastly there is no such thing as SQ eggs
