Help shrink wrapped chicks!!!

You all are more patient than me. Once I see it is shrink wrapped, I grab that puppy outta there and start picking. Here is Elmer my last shrink wrapped chick:

Yay congrats on the babies. I always try to wait long enough to make sure the chick won't bleed. If it can live 3 days in the bator after hatching it will not starve to death while I wait for it to be ready for me to step in. Shaky hands not good when trying to assist a stuck chick.
