Help! Sick baby chick! Can't walk! What should we do?

Help! So we had a five chicks hatch two days ago and all of them are fine except for one. This little guy isn't doing very well at all - he is limp and unable to stand/walk. He won't even open his eyes. There's a part under his wing/back where the feathers have not come in and the skin is very raw. This might be the cause of his lack of walking/balance. He can barely hold his head up. We separated him from the mama and the other chicks because he was being trampled. We wrapped him in a warm blanket and we have been trying to get him to drink sugar water for the last 24 hours. There is little improvement. He can wobble and flop around when he's by himself. As of right now, we've put him in a little container with a cloth and a desk lamp to warm him (it's around 95 degrees). We don't know what else to do! He chirps every now and then. How can we get him to eat? What should we feed him? What other things can we do to help him?

Try mix chick starter with water and put it down his mouth and get some water down with a straw hold him keep him warm with u!!! Hope everything works out
