Help! Sick baby silkies

I ordered my chicks online they were all doing fine. Then all of a sudden three got to where they couldn't walk or keep their heads up and then died. I have another that's starting to do same thing. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if there's something I'm not doing that I should are what please I need advice. TIA

what is your brooder setup like? is their bedding clean? food and water clean? what does their poop look like is there blood in the stool? How many do you have left and do you have any bigger chicks in with them?

I have a big wood brooder that's split in to different section. Yes I have pine shavings that I clean out everyday. Clean water and food. No other chicks with them just the silkies. Their poop is kinda black and whitish, no blood.
