Sick baby chicks?

So I have these baby chicks who are about 2 weeks old. They were fine and tiny little fluffyballs a week ago but two days ago, I was spraying my flock with the hose because it’s 100+ degrees outside and I was refreshing them and I got water on the chicks and all of them dried up eventually but regardless of them being dry, their feathers look all weird and rough and sticky. Some of them are even full of food. They’re just dirty. Aside from that, they walk with their heads low and just appear sick or like they’re cold. I don’t think they are cold because it’s 90 degrees right now but they look cold. What could be wrong with them and what can I do? How can I make them look healthy and strong again? This is them. You can tell how unhealthy these guys look even though they were fine 2 days ago. Not all of them in the picture are sick looking.

Getting a chicken's feathers wet doesn't cool them off, it traps heat against the body.
Moist environments cause coccidia levels to skyrocket, so they may have coccidiosis. Can you get corid?
