HELP! SICK CHICK

My chick has had really low energy for the past 3 days. Today he had VERY low energy and won't eat or drink. He is 1 month and 15 day old chick. We brought him inside and have gave him water with sugar, egg yoke, and corrid.
What else can we do?

Does it have symptoms of coccidiosis?
Did it perk up after the sugar mixture?

Do you still have them on a little heat?
Did you check it's backside to make sure the vent isn't clogged?
That usually happens with young chicks but I have had it happen to older birds.

What type of Corid do you have—the liquid or the powder? If you have the liquid give him 1/4 tsp of the undiluted Corid orally. Mix the water with the maximum dosage which is 2 tsp of the liquid or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water. Give that for 5-7 days. Help him drink it as often as you can.
