Help: Sick Chicken

My 7 month old hen's neck/head is just drooping. She is lethargic and just huddles. Not eating or drinking. She is an egg layer. Her poop is normal. I have 9 other chickens and they are all fine. They all normally free range but were in the coop and run yesterday because we were gone all day and into the early morning. She does seem to be having trouble breathing. Her abdomen does not seem swollen. Her comb seems a little droopy. I have her in a large dog crate with pine shavings, food and water. What can I do for her.

Check her crop. Does it feel impacted? Just keep doing what your doing, give her water if se wants it and give electrolytes and probiotic. (Yogurt is good.) also does her breath stink?

Thanks for answering. No she does not feel impacted and her breath doesn't stink. I have added the yogurt and she has eaten some. She is holding her head up now. I will let you know.
