Help! Sick chicken.

Ok thanks. Now I forgot to mention this is a rooster, but he has this funky thing going with his foot.

How old is he?
What type of thing is going on with his foot? Photos would be helpful.
Also if you can post updated photos after you soak/apply ointment-cream to the vent would be good too

An update on my chicken. It's been a few months. She seems to be eating well, mixes with the rest of the flock, is laying eggs as far as I know. Every single night I have to put her up on the roost because she is sleeping in the nest box. Once I put her on the roost she stays there for the night. She is not hanging out in the nest box all day so I don't think she's broody. Her crop is full at night. The problem is she is so so skinny. She does not seem to be gaining any weight. Her breastbone seems very sharp.
I will try to get some pictures tomorrow. Should I isolate her for a few days again? That seemed to help last time. I really don't want to worm my whole flock. The rest of them seem to be doing great, if anything they might be a little overweight. I got some zyfendA do you think that would help her? I will try to get a wait on her tomorrow.
