Can someone please help me I dont want my silkie hen to die. 2 days ago I noticed she wasnt near as active as normal and it seems like she has lost her neck. She will eat but just stands there and moves really slowly.

Sounds like wry neck.
Get b complex vitamins from the grocery store (any brand) and give her a third of a tablet a day. It may take several weeks to get back to normal.

Can you post photos of her?

You mention she seems like she has lost her neck, what exactly does this mean?

Is she able to hold her head up or is the neck curving, etc.?

What do you feed, including treats?

Is her crop emptying?

Silkies are often prone to a neurological Symptom called Wry Neck.

Treatment is Vitamin E along with supportive vitamins.

Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex daily. Offer her a small treat of egg daily to help with the uptake of E.
